On the afternoon of February 25th, I was on my way to dinner with a friend when my Nissan Versa started making a loud noise under the driver's side front section. My friend suggested I drive right to Nissan, since I was close by. I was dubious that you would help me, as it was 10 of 5 and it was Friday when this happened---but I did go to Nissan and drove inside, thinking I could get an appointment for Monday. I went up to the counter and was helped by Kyle Seiberlich. He was very professional and told me possibly the mechanics could quickly fix the problem. I knew it was a minor problem, but still, it was late. But Kyle was able to get them to fix it right away and within a half hour, we were on our way. I was very impressed with how professional and kind Kyle was. I worked in customer service most of my working life, and I recognize talent when I see it. So I decided to take the time to let you know what a valuable employee you have.

I wanted to thank the wonderful people at Doylestown Nissan. We had visited 3 local Nissan dealers on Saturday before coming here, and our salesman Jeff Amary promised this would be our last stop, and he certainly didn't disappoint! I wanted to let you know how pleased my husband and I were with the service we received at Fred Beans. We purchased a used 2005 Mitsubishi Endeavor Saturday May 15, 2010. We were very happy that you answered our email immediately and had the vehicle ready for us to view when we arrived. We also had a wonderful experience purchasing the vehicle; James Roebuck answered all of our questions and was very personable. James also followed up with us a week later, because we had the car serviced (a rear latch replaced at no cost to us). James went out of his way to make the appointment and call us the same day to make sure we were satisfied with the service we received. James is a first-rate salesman; we purchased a used vehicle and were treated like we bought new. We also wanted to say how pleased we were with the service department; we were shuttled to Perkins while our car was serviced and our car was ready for us when we returned.
