Drivers looking for a more athletic option for Nissan's best selling Rogue have been heard. Just this month, Nissan unveiled the new 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport during the 2017 North American International Auto Show in Detroit. The upcoming Rogue Sport was designed to offer drivers who are looking for a combination of athleticism and functionality with an option that fits in between the wildly athletic Juke and the more family functional Rogue. The upcoming Rogue Sport is the latest reminder of Nissan's never faltering commitment to innovation at every turn.
The Rogue Sport will be a foot shorter than the Rogue, with a more athletic design both inside and out, highlighted by flared fenders, a slimmer grille, and new headlights when compared to its family oriented Rogue counterpart. Under the hood, the upcoming Rogue Sport will come equipped with a peppy 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 141-horsepower with a continuously variable transmission and the option between front and all-wheel drive. Available features will include automatic front braking, blind spot alert, lane departure warning, 19-inch wheels, the latest NissanConnect infotainment system and much more.
