Just this month, Nissan unveiled the new 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport during the 2017 North American International Auto Show in Detroit. The upcoming Rogue Sport was designed to offer drivers who are looking for a combination of athleticism and functionality with an option that fits in between the wildly athletic Juke and the more family functional Rogue. The upcoming Rogue Sport is the latest reminder of Nissan's never faltering commitment to innovation at every turn.

The future of transportation is slated to get its start in the United Kingdom later this month with the arrival of a modified autonomous version of the Nissan Leaf. This self driving car should make waves across the world as we reexamine what's the safest and most effective form of travelling in an era where technology reigns supreme. The Qashqai, which is what the modified Leaf is called, must first gain the approval of one last local authority before it begins series of tests where passengers will be escorted along routes.

At the Fujairah International Airport, UAE, Japanese drift champion Masato Kawabata and a specially-tuned, 1380-horsepower Nissan GT-R Coupe have obliterated the old Guinness World Record for the fastest drift, which stood at 135 mph. The record breaking speed at which this special GT-R Coupe drifted was a screamingly fast 189.5 miles per hour and at a 30 degree angle—that’s sideways.
